At Marvelous Kidz Learning Center, our Infant Program is crafted to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment, filled with engaging activities that help your little ones reach key milestones while having fun!

Every day is an opportunity for discovery and growth for the infants in our care. We understand that learning begins well before birth and accelerates rapidly in the early months. That’s why it's crucial for infants to continuously build on their knowledge and connect new ideas to their daily experiences.

Our Procare Curriculum for infants fosters and supports the development of essential skills that form the foundation for learning, literacy, and lifelong success.

Safety

Clean Classrooms — Each child has their own personal space for belongings, with disinfected toys and play areas, and child-sized sinks for handwashing.
Certified Teachers — Our staff is trained in Infant/Child and Adult CPR, as well as First Aid.
Choking Hazard Monitoring —We rigorously check all items to ensure they meet safety standards and prevent choking hazards.
Regular Safety Drills —We conduct drills for tornadoes, fires, hurricanes, and school lock-downs to ensure preparedness.

Security

Electronic Security — Coded entry systems ensure that only authorized visitors can access our facilities.
Hiring Process — All staff members undergo comprehensive state-mandated background checks.
Front Desk — Our front desks are continuously staffed, providing vigilant supervision and ensuring that only authorized individuals gain entry.
Security Cameras — Every classroom is equipped with security cameras monitored at the front desk, allowing owners and staff to observe activities throughout the day. Families can also securely log in to a password-protected site to periodically check on their child.

Meals

Bottle-fed babies are gently held and rocked by our staff, who also engage them with mimicking sounds to promote language development.
Babies eating cereal or jar foods are securely buckled in high chairs, with staff sitting at eye-level during mealtime to provide attentive care.
Encouraging voices are used to cheerfully support each infant’s eating experience, and simple stories are shared during meals.
As infants reach the milestone, they are encouraged to hold their own bottle. Our staff never props bottles for feedings.
Families are required to complete and regularly update an infant feeding plan, ensuring our staff fully understands each child's dietary needs and meal times.

A DAY IN OUR INFANT CARE PROGRAM

At Marvelous Kidz Learning Center, every infant participates in activities crafted to nurture and develop every aspect of their growth. Our holistic approach supports the development of happy, healthy, and engaged children. Our programs stimulate a baby’s natural curiosity, fostering growth in brain, social, emotional, physical, and behavioral areas, while also enhancing communication, language, and literacy skills.

Brain Development

Our Infant Program is crafted to engage and stimulate infants, supporting crucial early brain development. Our teachers ensure that each child:

Responds to music and experiments with sounds and vocalizations
Explores simple art materials and shows a preference for visual stimuli
Engages with rhymes, finger plays, and stories using props

Social and Emotional Development

We offer each child a nurturing experience that supports their emotional needs and fosters healthy connections with family members and caregivers. Our teachers observe to see if each child:

Recognizes their own image and name
Uses sounds, facial expressions, or body movements to show simple emotions like contentment or displeasure
Reacts to positive and negative feedback and notices peers who may be experiencing needs or discomfort

Physical and Behavioral Development

Our infant program features learning centers equipped with educational and developmentally-appropriate toys and activities that make learning enjoyable and stimulating. To spark imagination and build strength, we ensure each child:

Initiates active play and engages in physical activity
Responds to sensory experiences such as sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell
Shows early coordination and balance, often with support
Selects items of interest by pointing or reaching
Explores toys or objects briefly
Repeats actions to see results

Communication, Language and Literacy

Our teachers constantly monitor each child for the beginning steps of communication by observing if they are:

Responding to simple direction, words, phrases and familiar people
Communicating feelings through facial expressions
Showing interest in books and reaching for books to explore through touch
